 Abby has landed a long-desired maintenance gig in a rickety old apartment building. She encounters a menagerie of characters as she settles in, and finds a touch of romance along the way. But it gradually becomes apparent that there is an increasingly dark cloud hanging over the tenants, and the building itself.
